Stage 1 - Villeurbanne (2024)

🚀 Futura Cinema kicks off successfully! 🚀

The 3rd intake of the Futura Cinema incubator came together in Villeurbanne from 26 to 28 March, thanks to the warm welcome offered by the PIXEL POLE and ERASME - UrbanLab: a setting conducive to innovation and collaboration!

The forty or so participants got to know each other through demonstrations of Erasme's inspiring prototypes, designed as part of the recent "Adieu au Langage" workshop, before working on 7 innovative projects for the cinema.

Between several teamwork sessions, we welcomed Sylvain BETHENOD from VERTIGO research for a fascinating presentation on cinema audiences, followed by a meeting with Violaine REBELLE from GRAC and Marion WOLF from DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

On the final day, the focus was on project modelling and feedback, providing an opportunity for the projects supported by Futura Cinema to share their progress and build valuable synergies.

Over the next nine months, the participants will combine their skills to develop projects that are innovative in technological, social and environmental terms.

➡️ Next stage: end of April 2024 in Paris!
